Cheryl Newton Architects LLC, a Connecticut based architectural design firm is celebrating a decade in business. Founder and Principal, Cheryl Newton AIA, opened the firm in 2010 and has been providing creative design and infectious enthusiasm to every project she has been involved in ever since. 

Cheryl has over 28 years of experience and since the inception of Cheryl Newton Architects LLC, her portfolio has grown exponentially. The firm has served over 200 clients with projects located across Connecticut and New England. The firm’s attention to detail and timeless designs has resulted in repeat clients such as UCONN, the Town of Glastonbury, the Town of Farmington, and countless residential clients. 

Cheryl Newton Architects LLC continues to expand on very diverse market sectors which include residential, higher education, community, commercial, and retail. Projects in each of these markets are approached with the same level of dedication to sustainability, simplicity of design, and commitment to effective and open communication amongst the client and entire project team. “When a project is easy to draw, it will be easy to build and that translates into an efficient, cost effective design and construction process,” says Cheryl.
