MANSFIELD — After extensive planning and execution, a groundbreaking commenced the expansion of the Mansfield Community School of the Arts Thursday morning.

Town staff, including Mayor Paul Shapiro and Town Manager Derrik Kennedy, joined Parks and Recreation Director Curt Vincente in planting the ceremonial shovels into the soil.
